What we do with what you send.
This page describes what happens to an enquiry sent through this site, what our analytics record, and how to ask what we hold about you. It is written to match what the site does.

Enquiries
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, organisation, phone number, message and any topics you tick are sent to a small mail endpoint we run on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, which delivers them to Nathan’s inbox at Ladoo. We use them to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, as ordinary business correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with anyone outside Ladoo unless you ask us to.
If the form cannot reach the endpoint, the page offers an email address instead. Email sent to us is handled the same way.
Analytics
We use Clicky and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions on this site. It records the pages you view, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your network address. These services use cookies to distinguish visits and returning visitors. We use these figures to see which pages are read and which are not. Google Analytics receives usage data to provide reporting. Google advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our site configuration. We do not sell analytics data.
Clicks on buttons and the sending of the enquiry form are recorded as events in the same analytics, so we can tell which pages lead to enquiries. The content of your enquiry is not part of that record.
Cookies
Clicky and Google Analytics use analytics cookies as described above. The site does not require a login or preference cookie. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
Hosting
The site is served from Amazon CloudFront. Like any web server it keeps access logs, which include network addresses and the pages requested, for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry and our replies to it, by emailing hello@ladoo.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Existing clients
If you are a client, the information in LadooHQ, our support portal, is governed by your agreement with us rather than by this page.
