The senior developer stays on your work
The person who scopes a change writes it and answers the follow-up. Our senior Squiz developers each have more than twenty years of hands-on platform work and take part in your sprint reviews.
Squiz websites for government, utilities, universities and corporates, designed, built and looked after by the same senior people year after year. We stay on as part of your team and keep shipping what you need next.

We have built and looked after Squiz websites since 2010. Sixteen years on Squiz Matrix, and now Squiz DXP, means we know the platform where it counts: triggers and workflow, asset structures, reusable components, Funnelback tuning, and migrations that keep every URL working.

Deakin’s marketing team publishes through an authoring layer we built on Squiz Matrix. Development Victoria moved a family of sites to Squiz DXP in batches, with no big-bang cutover. Study Victoria publishes in five languages on DXP, with Funnelback search across all of them.
We have delivered WCAG 2.2 AA Squiz implementations for Government agencies. We check accessibility at every stage, from design and development through content and quality assurance.
Strategy, UX, design, development, content and support sit in the same small team. The people who designed the site maintain it, without handing the work to a second agency.
years
Each square is a month since 2010, shaded to show how busy we were on Squiz: an indicative picture drawn from our repositories, not a precise count. Most of the work is for customers who have been with us for years and come back sprint after sprint. The circles are launches. Open one for the story.

The order rarely changes. What changes is how much of each stage a project needs, and we scope that with you before anything starts.
Research, a current-state review, stakeholder workshops and an analytics review. We leave with a shared view of goals, audiences and what the site has to do first.
A shared brief and a prioritised backlogInformation architecture and wireframes over two rounds, growing into a modular design system your authors build pages from.

Every iteration teaches us something. Changes are made for a reason we can explain.
