The agency evolved.
The foundations held.
A shared platform and a reusable approach to project sites carried the work through new brands, new developments and a move to the cloud.
- 2014Set the structurePlaces Victoria: research, design and shared project-site templates.
- 2017Bring two agencies togetherThe first Development Victoria website, with a combined project listing.
- 2020Rebuild for the next chapterA full corporate redevelopment, with accessible templates and a new structure.
- 2024Move the family to DXPTwenty-eight live websites and portals migrated in three planned batches.
A corporate site.
Many ways into the work.
Projects, news, engagement and campaigns give different visitors a useful starting point. The communications team maintains the content through shared templates and listings.
The site has continued to grow since its 2020 redevelopment, with project timelines, filters and campaign pages added as needed.

Project records feed the list, the map and the home page.

Timelines, location, updates and enquiry pathways stay together.
The page is only
part of the work.
Now-selling listings and interactive masterplans draw from the sales system. Enquiries go into the CRM. Connect portals give purchasers a place for updates and documents.
The same patterns can be used across the family while each website retains its own brand.
The team tells the story.
Project news, campaign pages and local information are maintained in Squiz.
Connected to what is selling.
Listings and masterplans bring sales information into the website.
A useful next step.
Forms connect prospective buyers with the CRM and the team behind the project.
A new platform.
The whole family comes along.
In 2024, Ladoo audited the existing system and migrated twenty-eight live websites and portals to Squiz DXP. The work ran in three batches, with review and launch for each.
Content, integrations, permissions and redirects were checked before each switch. The sites could move without asking the team to manage every change at once.
Project sites first
Habitas Aurora and Coomoora, with their priority access pages and Connect portals.
The corporate site
A dedicated batch for development.vic.gov.au, with its own review and launch.
The remaining family
The other live project websites, forms and purchaser portals followed.
Keep building.
Beyond the launch.
A new estate, a campaign landing page, a better listing or a tracking clean-up. Most of the relationship happens between major rebuilds.
Ladoo continues to scope and deliver new features using the platform and components already in place.
What carries forward
- A corporate website the team can keep current.
- Branded project sites built on shared templates.
- Connected listings, enquiry forms and purchaser portals.
- A partner who knows the family when the next change arrives.
